Pre-contract meeting and presentation

After last submission to JKR on last November 2008, a several discussions as well as presentations to JKR, KKM and HRPZ II by main contractor.
The result of the discussion of :
1. SOA of ACCKB agreed around 24,785 m sq.
2. JKR mentioned Option 1 is acceptable. Filling with sand into void area with perimeter Rc wall for security and maintenance (below level 1).
3. Main contractor to submit estimate PDA ( new PDA) for JKR CKUB for KKM approval.
4. KKM and JKR agreed that current STP should be repaired by present maintenance Contractor ( Redicare ).
5. JKR request Room Data Interaction to be completed by end of July 09. Main Contractor to arrange the discussion in few stages.
6. Main Contractor to submit Final proposal by 03th August 2009 to JKR to review and comments by JKR HODT, HRPZ and KKM before final presentation and submission.
7. JKR CKUB and KKM agreed negotiation will take place after final submission. ( planned by End of August 09)
