1. The respiratoy unit and ward 6 will be finalize during Room Data Interaction.
2. Scope of work package 1 is stand alone contract.
3. Earlier contractor proposal for New Pejabat Pengarah accepted with minimize renovation works.
4. Structure and Civil work required to conduct Dilapidation report before and after works.
